Group Admins can now efficiently manage conversations by deleting unwanted messages.
We are kicking off bots on elyments. Elyments bots will let you personalise the content you receive. Want to receive quotes, but not event announcements? We got you covered. Want to change your content preferences? Done. The first bot is from the Art Of Living. Many more bots coming up shortly. Let us know how you like ‘bot’ing with elyments.
Perhaps the most significant engineering update on Android since we launched the app. Lot of late nights went into this, to make the Elyments experience smoother, faster and more robust for our users! Do send us feedback, and rate us on the Play Store!

We are doing some significant changes to make your experience smoother and faster. This is an initial update in that direction.
Improved stability. Addressed some pesky issues that affected users on specific Android devices
Several improvements in overall app stability.
Fixed some issues related to OTPs.
Improved reliability in fluctuating internet connections.
- Messages now go in the background if your internet got disconnected while composing messages.
- We have added translations in Mongolian for our users from Mongolia!

Existing users please note the following
Friends feed, Discover, Hub and Friends search are removed.
You can continue to chat with existing friends, but will not be able to add new friends temporarily.

Bug fixes and performance improvement.
1.This release brings audio sharing to chat. Share voice memos or any audio file with ease.
2.The app size is now brought down by about 25-30% depending on your device. That means less storage space taken up by Elyments on your phone!
3.We respect your privacy. We identified a few places where we were asking for device-level permissions ahead of time. The app will ask only for permission as and when needed.
Share links on chat and get previews of the sites. We have also added some tweaks that will help us improve audio and video call reliability.
A much awaited feature is the ability to delete or forward multiple messages to multiple people. This update introduces the ability to forward 5 messages to upto 5 people! Upto 5 messages can also be deleted at a time.
You can now also add text messages to your Meda attachments before sending.

Also, there was a particularly pesky problem which was delaying sending of messages sporadically. We fixed it!
This update brings a much requested feature to mute notifications on groups.
There are a lot of improvements on audio and video calls, particularly with reference to connections robustness on specific decides that manage battery aggressively. We would love to hear your experience on Elyments calling. Please send us feedback (positive or negative) on this using Settings -> Feedback.

Forming groups in elyments has just gotten a lot easier! any registered user can now join a group just by clicking on a group link.

1. Elyments Handle is a great way to find friends. Handle is now part of the sign up process. Use @handle to search and make friends with pin point precision. If you haven’t set your handle yet, use Settings -> Manage Elyments Handle, and pass it on to help your friends find you.
